What if I need to change my address or size?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible at contact@patriastudios.com or through our contact page. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once an item is marked as shipped, we can no longer make changes.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ll make it right. Send us an email at contact@patriastudios.com or message us through the contact page within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). Once received, we’ll review and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.

What if something’s missing from my order?

If something’s missing, email us within 24 hours of delivery. If the item is in stock, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost. If it’s sold out, we’ll issue a refund for the missing item.

What if my order says delivered, but I never got it?

Once an order is marked as delivered, it’s unfortunately out of our hands. We recommend checking with neighbors or household members, confirming the shipping address, and contacting your local postal carrier. We’re unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages, but we’ll always do what we can to help.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible at contact@patriastudios.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once an order is packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to cancel or return: To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us before the 14-day window expires. You can submit a return or cancellation request directly through your order confirmation page. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer available — please use the return process instead.

Return window: 14 days from the date you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item in your order. The return window extends over weekends and public holidays.

Return process: Once you notify us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds: You will receive a full refund of the product price using the same payment method as your original purchase. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
