Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please keep in mind we ship out of Miami, FL, USA. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are non-refundable.

When will my order arrive?

Standard shipping orders typically ship within 1–3 days, unless noted otherwise on the product page. Domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days from the ship date. Express orders ship same day if the order is placed before 1pm, and delivery in 1-2 business days.

How will I get my tracking info?

You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder and move us to your main inbox so you don’t miss updates.

Preorders

If an item is marked as PREORDER, allow 14-18 business days for your item to be shipped and 3–6 business days for delivery.
